Stevie Rae and I headed out to Santa Barbara last week for a destination wedding. Laura Piling contacted Stevie Rae last April and asked her to sing at her wedding just outside of Solvang. Stevie Rae sang beautifully and the wedding was a huge success. We did, however, run into a few mishaps along the way. Very very lost getting to the wedding, almost there and oops forgot the laptop at the hotel, bumpy dirt road for 11 miles, huge slash in the truck tire, huge dent in side of truck, locked keys in truck, 3 hour wait for AAA, and that is just to name a few. Crazy hotel accommodations, fun shopping in Solvang and Pismo, lunch on beach in pismo (so nice.) The wedding party was magnificent... new friends forsure. The wedding photographers were amazing and I will be a fan of theirs and look forward to following their work. The flowers were amazing... seriously so beautiful. The location, thou remote (to say the least), was stunning. A great experience for Stevie Rae and I!
